"When i talk about something i feel is important, i have a tendency to be long winded, verbose, boring, obnoxious...erm you get the point. its not because i like to hear myself talk. sometimes i just like the person or subject so much i can't stop. I won't do that now because there are only a few things to say about Cheryl Nguyen. Cheryl is the best insurance professional ive ever worked with. This review should end ther but Id just like to tell you a few things that have happened recently. Ive been her customer for about 10 years with one recent interruption...but ive worked with other insurers for 30+ years. Cheryl stands out from the rest and its not even close. I have to make something clear. I'm not endorsing State Farm. I'm sure theyre good, just like most of the big insurance companies. I'm endorsing Cheryl. Shes a great person and a consummate pro. When she promises something, she does it. i already failed to keep this short. F### it..im not done. Cheryl is going to save me almost $1200 in premiums this year. Last time we spoke she said she would check with me before my current policy renewed. I was sleep walking through life and about to let the policy renew automatically. i forgot about it, Cheryl didnt. Cheryl doesnt forget s###. Long story short Cheryl called a few weeks before my renewal and sorted me out. If she hadn't followed up on her promise to call, i wouldve thrown $1200 out the window in 2025. I know thats her business, making sales ...but Cheryl doesnt try to sell you something that will cost you more just to make a sale. She would check in to see if she could help me by lowering my rate. She doesnt call with the sole purpose of closing a sale. She calls to see if she can help...if she can't help you TO HER OWN SATISFACTION she says "i'll follow up" and she does. She calls to gather information, then sell you a good product that can save you money. Shes not calling to run her new and improved sales pitch by you and get your credit card number. The reason Cheryl hasn't had my account for the last 2 years is i bought out my lease in 2022. The dealer gave me an insurance quote from another company. i thought I would just roll my insurance over to the purchased car. But apparently insuring leased a car is different than insuring a purchased car. So I called Cheryl from the negotiation table and she called back with a quote.The dealers quote was less expensive. the difference wouldn't break the bank so I was inclined to stay with Cheryl (once you work with her youll understand why) but Cheryl said "I can't touch that rate right now. Go with them, we'll look at it again in the spring" Sure enough Cheryl called that spring and every six months until she signed me up again. Cheryl has had other chances to get my business in the last 2 years...but she didnt feel it was in my best interest to make the switch. i mean seriously, when do you meet salespeople who care about you? I havent met many. She has my business for life. if you need insurance you have to at least talk to Cheryl. My apology for the rant...i really tried to keep it brief"
